An international 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on creating a warm, polished first impression while managing reservations, guest seating, VIP requests and smooth guest flow in a busy luxury hospitality environment.
Requirements
Relevant experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent or similar guest-facing role. 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, fine-dining or international hospitality experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and strong guest-service mindset. Good English; Arabic, Russian, French, German or Chinese is an advantage. Flexible for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Reservation-system experience such as SevenRooms or OpenTable is an advantage.

Employment visa and work permit sponsorship. Accommodation or accommodation allowance, transportation or transportation allowance, duty meals, medical insurance, paid annual leave and public holidays, and end-of-service benefits are provided according to company policy and UAE Labour Law.
