Requirements
Listed experience: 8–14 years. The candidate profile also specifies 4–6 years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role, including at least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience. Hospitality Management or a related technical qualification. Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. Good MS Office skills. Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, HACCP, inventory, food-cost control and kitchen-team supervision.
