The initial website registration form intentionally collects only basic professional information. Do not submit passport scans, bank details, passwords or other highly sensitive documents through this website form.

When a candidate registers, the website may collect name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, target role, preferred market, professional profile and consent. When an employer submits a vacancy request, the website may collect company name, contact email, job title, location and vacancy requirements.

TalentBridge Africa should establish a documented retention period appropriate to its recruitment operations and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, subject to applicable legal obligations.
