1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TalentBridge Africa website, including its job and opportunity listings, candidate registration and applications, employer submissions, recruitment-related support, scholarship information and links to third-party websites.

By using the website or submitting information through it, you agree to comply with these terms and with applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Job listings

TalentBridge Africa publishes information about employment opportunities that may be identified through its recruitment and partner network. Listings may include roles supplied by employers, recruitment agencies, staffing partners or other opportunity providers.

• Vacancies may be added, changed, paused, filled or removed without notice.
• Job descriptions, salaries, locations, eligibility requirements, deadlines and visa or work-permit information are subject to change and should be checked before applying.
• A listing marked as verified means TalentBridge Africa has carried out the stated level of review at the relevant time; it does not mean employment, selection, sponsorship or immigration approval is guaranteed.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, TalentBridge Africa is not the employer of candidates applying for a listed vacancy.

3. External vacancies and third-party recruitment opportunities

Some opportunities may originate from external employers, recruitment agencies, job boards, staffing partners or other third parties. TalentBridge Africa may provide information about such opportunities and, where appropriate, help candidates understand the application process.

• External websites have their own terms, privacy notices and application procedures.
• TalentBridge Africa does not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or content.
• Candidates should independently verify the employer, vacancy, contact details and application instructions before providing sensitive information or making any payment.
• Where an application is required through an external provider, submitting information to TalentBridge Africa does not itself constitute an application to that provider unless the website expressly says so.

4. Candidate registration and applications

• You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any CV, qualification, reference or other material you submit.

• Registration or application does not create an employment relationship, guarantee an interview or require TalentBridge Africa or an employer to select you.

6. Scholarships, bursaries and education opportunities

TalentBridge Africa may provide candidate guidance, vacancy information, recruitment coordination, application support or communication with employers and recruitment partners. These services do not give a candidate a right to employment or selection.

TalentBridge Africa does not have authority to make an employer's hiring decision unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Fees and payments

Any fee charged by TalentBridge Africa for a service must be clearly communicated before the relevant service is provided and, where required, agreed in writing. Applicable consumer, employment, recruitment and other laws govern whether a particular fee may be charged.

• Do not pay an individual or third party merely because they promise a guaranteed job, visa, work permit or scholarship.
• TalentBridge Africa will not treat a payment as a guarantee of employment, selection or immigration approval.
• Where a third-party employer, provider or programme charges a fee, that charge is governed by the third party's terms and should be independently verified.
• If you are asked to make a payment using an unofficial account or contact, stop and verify the request through TalentBridge Africa's official contact details.

9. No guaranteed employment

TalentBridge Africa does not guarantee that any candidate will obtain an interview, job offer, placement, employment contract, salary level, working hours or particular employment outcome.

Hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer or authorized hiring organization, subject to its requirements and applicable law.

10. No guaranteed visa or immigration outcome

References to visa sponsorship, work permits, immigration support or relocation assistance are opportunity-specific and do not guarantee an immigration outcome.

Visa and immigration decisions are made by the relevant government or immigration authority under the applicable rules. TalentBridge Africa cannot guarantee that a visa, permit, entry clearance, residence status or other immigration authorization will be granted.

Candidates are responsible for providing truthful information and meeting the requirements of the relevant immigration process. Where immigration advice is required, seek advice from an appropriately qualified and authorized professional.

11. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links to third-party employers, application portals, job boards, universities, scholarship providers, government websites, payment providers or other services.
